HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (ET) on Monday, September 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, December 14, 2008 ("Entry Period").

During the Entry Period go to www.lufthansa.com/moments (the "Web site") to access the free online registration entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry as directed, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Limit one (1) registration entry per person via the online entry form during the Entry Period.

TRIVIA QUESTION BONUS ENTRIES (90): A registered entrant may also earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by answering Sponsor/product related trivia questions. Upon completion of the registration entry as outlined above, entrant will be directed to go to www.lufthansa.com/moments to download, for free, the Lufthansa Google Gadget (the "Gadget") to their personal iGoogle page. An iGoogle page is free of charge and may be created by entrant when selecting the Gadget. Each day during the Entry Period, entrant may log into their personal iGoogle page and the Gadget will present a trivia question about Sponsor/products to be answered for an additional entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry per day for answering the Gadget question regardless of whether the Gadget trivia question is answered correctly. A "day" is defined as starting at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on a specific calendar day and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that same day. Entrant must include the e-mail address used during the registration entry process for the bonus entries to be recorded against the entrant's account. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWINGS & DEADLINES: A total of thirteen (13) potential Weekly Prize winners will be selected in thirteen (13) individual random drawings (based upon time stamp on when entries were submitted) conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during and prior to the corresponding Week of the Entry Period on or about the Drawing Dates set forth below. Further, a total of three (3) potential Monthly Prize winners will be selected in three (3) individual random drawings from among all eligible entries received during said Monthly Period per the Monthly Drawing dates outlined below. To be eligible for any specific Weekly/Monthly drawing, entries must be received prior to 11:59:59 p.m. as provided in the Entry Receipt Deadline column below. All non-winning Weekly/Monthly entries will be carried over into subsequent Weekly/Monthly Prize drawings and all non-winning and winning Weekly/Monthly entries will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win or receive the Prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the appropriate entry pool. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for shipment of the Prizes following winner verification. In the event of a potential prizewinner's disqualification for any reason, Sponsor will award the corresponding Prize to an alternate potential Prize winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool, if feasible. PRIZES/ODDS: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Munich, Germany. Trip package includes round-trip first-class air transportation on scheduled Lufthansa operated flights for two (2) from any Lufthansa gateway in the U.S. to Munich, Germany (first-class tickets can only be used from a Lufthansa gateway offering first-class service; not all flights from the U.S. have a first-class cabin. If no direct flight to Munich in first-class is available, winner will receive a first-class ticket to Frankfurt or Dusseldorf, Germany, and a business-class ticket to connect to Munich) and five (5) nights accommodations at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Munich (single room, double occupancy); Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $29,000.00.

THREE (3) MONTHLY PRIZES: Each Monthly Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Europe. Trip package includes roundtrip business-class air transportation on scheduled Lufthansa operated flights for two (2) from any Lufthansa gateway in the U.S. to any single European destination with scheduled Lufthansa operated flights; ARV of each Monthly Prize: $10,000.00; Total ARV of all Monthly Prizes: $30,000.00. For Grand and Monthly Prize Winners: Trips subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must occur within one (1) year of winner verification. Travel must be round-trip and reservations must be made a minimum of twenty-one (21) days prior to the winner's preferred departure date. Once booked, travel arrangements may not be changed. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, travel/cancellation insurance, taxes, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. Travel package may not be combined with and/or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, including, but not limited to; upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings fares, bereavement, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts, Internet fares, frequent flyer programs or any unpublished programs. "Lufthansa's Conditions of Carriage shall apply to all air transportation."

THIRTEEN (13) WEEKLY PRIZES: Each Weekly Prize winner will receive one (1) Sennheiser PXC 450 travel headphones. ARV of each Weekly Prize: $400.00; Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $5,200.00. All values are in U.S. dollars. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $64,200.00

OTHER PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable, nonassignable and may not be redeemed for cash or otherwise substituted except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this drawing at any time without prior notification. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or part thereof with cash or another prize or part thereof of equal or greater value, in Sponsor's sole discretion, in the event the advertised Prize or part thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. In Sponsor's sole discretion, unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Void where prohibited.

All taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of any winner to accept a Prize in accordance with these Official Rules. All Prize winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity/Liability Release (where permissible) and Travel Release (except for Weekly Prize winners). Guest of Grand Prize and Monthly Prize winners will be required to complete Liability/Publicity Release Forms as a condition of accompanying winner on trip, where permitted. All required documents must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt or the Prizewinner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool, if feasible in Sponsor's opinion. By accepting a Prize in this Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of winner's name, photographs, biographical information, voice recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes by Sponsor in commerce and in any media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, notice or permission, where permitted by law. Grand Prize and Monthly Prize winners will be issued a Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service, in the amount of the actual retail price of the Prize. Arrangements for the fulfillment of all Prizes will be handled solely by Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal U.S. resident currently living in the fifty (50) United States or D.C., 18 years of age or older and have Internet access as of 9/15/08. Void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents, and the respective spouses of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to participate.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of Sponsor's parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents and employees of each of the foregoing, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from or in connection with, participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes that may be awarded to them, including, but not limited, to liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss of any kind. GOVERNING LAW: All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA (without regard to principles of conflict of laws), with venue and jurisdiction in Nassau County, NY, and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Nassau County, NY, except as required by law.
